During Your Stay
You've booked, you are excited, the day has come. The flight was great, you step out of the airport, check for your directions, phone numbers and maps. D'oh! Never mind, we are here to help, just call us 24/7 and we'll sort it out for you.
Sometimes, unfortunately, things can go wrong in self-catering accommodation, what with appliances and wifi and all. It's very rare, but if you are dissatisfied with your accommodation, if it's not what you were expecting, or something's not working how it should, then please don't tolerate it, get in contact with us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction.
All we ask is that as soon as you are unsatisfied, you let us know, as we can't do much if you don't let us know.
After Your Trip
When you get home we'll email you to thank you, and ask how it went. Of course we love to hear great feedback, we also love to hear how we can improve the service. If there are any issues raised we investigate them fully. We will always try to offer reasonable compensation if anything has gone wrong.

A place to live, not just to sleep
Our serviced apartments offer you a place to call your 'home' whilst in Lisboa - we think this is very important to today's travellers, who want so much more than simply a room with a bed in it. Experience Lisboa as a Lisboeta, not just as a tourist.
We are open and honest people. And we are open and honest in everything we do for our guests and our accommodation owners that we work with. The price you see is the price you will have to pay - we never hide or add extra costs. The accuracy of our photos and descriptions of the accommodation is monitored and checked regularly to make sure what you book is what you get, with no nasty surprises, only good ones.
How We Work
It's really simple. We build portfolios of accommodation from trusted owners in locations we love. We put them on our website for our lovely guests to book. We try to makes sure there is a good range in great areas, from luxury to budget.
We don't just put anyone's property on our site. Accommodation is added to our site only by us. Some random property owner can't just sign-up and list their property. This is to protect you from bad service, and us from unhappy guests. We aren't a property owner directory website, we don't just put you in touch with an owner then leave you to it. We want to make sure your complete experience from start to finish is great, so check out our Customer Services for more details on how we do that.
When we add accommodation to our portfolios, we always think to ourselves, "would I send my mum their" and "would I send my friends their". If the answer is yes, we add it, if we umm and arrh, then it's a no go. After every stay, we ask for feedback about all aspects of our guests experience, with us, in the accommodation, and with the accommodation manager. We use this to make sure the accommodation is what you expected and the service is better than expected. We end relationships with suppliers that fail to meet our high standards.

Stay 1 night or 3 months or more
Whether on business or leisure, you may choose to stay just a single night, several nights, weeks or months, according to your requirements.
The vast majority of our apartments are already discounted and for longer stays we will always try to negotiate a better rate for you.
Regular maid and linen service.
All our apartments are 'Serviced Apartments', which means you can expect a maid service to keep your apartment clean and tidy, and to provide fresh bed linen and towels. Maid service varies in frequency from daily to weekly.
In a city where space is at a premium, serviced apartments offer a unique opportunity to stay in spacious surroundings - so rarely possible in a hotel.
